The official description supports one narrow conclusion: collecting rare anime characters is part of the experience. It does not attach names, effects, drop odds, roles, or a power order to those characters. Rarity alone is therefore not enough evidence to label a character the best for every player or every situation.

Leaderboards are also mentioned in the official description, but a leaderboard goal does not reveal how a specific character performs. A reliable best-character recommendation would need a source that identifies the character, documents the relevant version, and shows why its result can be compared with alternatives. Until that exists, this wiki deliberately does not publish S/A/B tiers, a “must keep” list, or team priorities.

If you are seeing a ranking elsewhere, treat it as a community claim unless it links to checkable in-game or developer evidence. The useful question is not whether the list looks confident; it is whether it records the characters, values, game version, and test conditions behind its conclusion.
